anyone have Cardio Fusion?

I just tried it out this afternoon. WOW. I consider myself to be pretty coordinated and good with the step, BUT, that 1st step segemnt threw me!!! By the time I heard what move she called, she had finished it and was on to the next!!! I just skipped that part all together and moved on. It frustrates me because I really want to be able to do it. Did anyone else have this problem? I know that her DVDs are geared more toward high intensity/advanced moves,and they're great, but I second the poster who asked for an instructional step DVD awhile back. :eek:
 
Hi - Cardio Fusion is a mix of her newest workouts - LIC, DM and BM2. The BM2 step portion is broken down and taught in Body Max 2, but she just uses the bonus cardio for Cardio Fusion. Once you learn it, it is a blast. Do you have BM2? That is a great workout with some great premixes!! You'd love it!
 
I have it and I love it! In fact I just did the 80 minute workout today. Those drills get me every time. I still have to keep my step to 6 inches. Maybe I'll get brave next time and hike it to the dreaded 8 inch. The workout can be confusing at first because she doesn't break the step segments down as she does in the original workouts. Do you have BM2?

FYI - it never stops. I was going to get a few and now I have all of them except stretch max and the beginner ones....it was sort of like the Energizer bunny.... I kept spending and spending and spending.

But I am so glad I did and love all of Cathe's workouts!

I just ordered cardio fusion about 1.5 weeks ago. I first couple times I did it...I was so annoyed because I couldn't get it either. I have been doing Cathe work outs for about ten years and it was driving me crazy! But, I did not give up and I will say about the third or fourth time I did it I GOT IT! Now, I love it so much!! Then I ordered body max 2 and it is awesome! It breaks down all of the moves in the first section so it is so much easier to get. I think the trick is when you do the reverse V to come off the back of the step (you will be facing the back wall)...and since you are not facing the TV....it is hard to see what Cathe is doing. Good luck....I know you will get it and then LOVE IT!
 
Kimenem - the first few times I did Cardio Fusion without the BM2 step portion. It's still intense but now that I've learned the step from BM2 a little better, it's much more fun. CF is one of my favorite workouts as well as BM2. You certainly won't regret ordering BM2.

By the way - I haven't had a chance to say "welcome"! :)
