I'm #9662 (and got it from my confirmation email sent 9/18/05)
and still haven't gotten shipment confirmation, nor is my order available for tracking yet.

I'm on pins and needles...I need to leave the house to get my mind off it!!

Sorry, that's exactly where i got mine - on my original order conf. Since it was a preorder i saved it. i haven't heard a word from them since then, except for when I changed my email adr. & they confirmed the new email.

Can you go into "deleted items" folder to retrieve? I've done that before. It's worth a try! OR maybe you could contact SNM directly...
