Anyone else have dvds on backorder?

Just wondered if anyone else has placed an order with SNM and been told that some dvds are on backorder?

I placed an order 2 weeks ago which is being held up by KPC/L&G dvd. Unfortunately SNM can't tell me when this dvd will be back in stock - I'm thinking of cancelling it from my order so I can at least get the remainder of the items delivered - especially as they took my money straight away.

Ordered RS+ some time ago and it was on backorder. I went ahead and substituted it for some HCs I really wanted since they didn't know how long it would be. I still got the rest of the DVDs I ordered, though. I don't know why they wouldn't send those......
 
Yes I ordered KPC/LG on March 29th and it is still on backorder. I wrote to them twice asking when it will be in and they "don't know". I was disappointed but am not cancelling. I will wait I suppose and not think of it to much. It is the first time something I ordered wasn't in stock.Lisa
 
ME TOO! I ordered legs and glutes THREE weeks ago and have contacted them twice, they were supposed to come in this week "hopefully" and will be shipped immediately. I am so antsy and got an extra bonus this last month that I am thinking of ordering SLow and Heavy now :) I cannot stop - but i use them everyday, but my husband knows how much they cost now and i have hundreds of dollars invested in Cathe! YIkes! I would be very disappointed if Slow and Heavy were on backorder too!

I have never done a slow and heavy style workout - - soooooooo:9
 
I ordered the whole Body Blast series and got everything except the KPC DVD. I wish they had kept everything until they had the whole series because I might would have cancelled. Now I don't want to have to go through the trouble of sending the DVD's I do have back to them. I haven't opened them yet though so I might if I don't get it soon!!
 
I have a VHS on backorder---Rhythmic Step. It has been about two weeks. I saw it advertised on FitTV but I didn't want to tape it since I am hoping my tape will come soon. So, the VHS's are not all there now either. I kind of would like to order some more DVD but I am fearing they won't be there either. Darn!
 
I guess Cathe's getting more and more popular!! Over the past few years I have ordered all of her DVDs. I've never heard of them going on backorder.

Could that workout be available on ebay maybe?
 
oh poo I ordered KPC/LG too and I'm thinking I might just get something else for now. I'm too impatient to wait however long they say...lol.

I am in the same boat as you. I ordered KPC on 3/31 and I have gotten the same response - don't know when. The website does say in stock and available to ship within 24-48 hours :-(
needless to say I am bummed out - this DVD was part of my birthday present.
 
I just ordered the power hour dvd and the email confirmation said it would ship within 24 hours! Did I get lucky enough to choose one of the few that AREN'T on back order? :+

Has anyone managed to get anymore info about when the KPC dvd will be back in stock?

I've emailed SNM several times but they've not replied. I wish I knew when I'd be getting my order!

I've been waiting for Imax 1/Rhythmic Step DVD for about a month or so and I emailed them about a week ago asking them when I could expect it and they said "when it comes in".........like that helps! LOL. I guess they don't know when to expect them.
 
We are in the same boat. I too ordered KPC and L&G and still waiting on it. I know patience is a virtue, but the wait is killing me. I really feel messed up when they show KPC on Fit Tv and I can't workout to it yet.
 
Can anyone tell me if SNM charges your credit card for your entire order if there's a backorder? I ordered (3) DVDs and the entire charge was posted to my credit card. Does that mean all three DVDs shipped?
