It is ok to post recommendations about another workout. The caution is because the poster appears to be posting on the forum to pump the product. There are so many unknowns about this company. Are these DVDr? What is the business record of this company? Are there any extras that would justify the high price of the DVD's? It makes sense to be a little cautious. A press release on a consumer site might have been a better route.
