I was thinking about this last night as I was organizing my now huge Cathe Collection and anticpating the pre-order on the new DVDs.
My first Cathe was MIS - I was always intimidated by her step workouts so I got the wedding tape in a trade. I love it - that step workout has easier choreography but is by no means easy - the intensity is only slightly less then Stepheat - IMHO - when I first started with that tape - I only could get through the first step section - eventually I worked up to the entire step workout and now I can do IMAX2 and other Cathe aerobics - I think this is a great tape to start with. I don't even mind the wedding clip scenes - I use them as water breaks. I still use this tape - especially when I need a good aerobic workout but don't feel like concentrating on fancy step work. In fact, I have been able to use some of the moves in this tape as modifications in Cathe's other workouts.
I even use the weight section when I am recovering from illness or an injury and need a very easy workout to ease back into it -
Anyone else agree, disagree? I'd be interested in what other Cathe fans think.
