Anyone done Body For Life? Results?

Well, I am definetly in. I have already kinda planned my workouts. I do have a packet also, and some Simply Whey Protein Powder, and some MyoLites, so I am all set. Here are my workouts(I think) starting w/ 2 UB, 1 LB, and one Full body:
Monday: The Viper
Tues: PS Legs, and w/ my rocker
Weds: Imax
Thurs: All PS UB, plus the BC core work
Friday: Imax2
Sat.: BootCamp

What do you think?? I want to get 3 cardios in, so I will either do the Gauntlet or Viper each week, or a ctx CARDIO WITH A STRENGTH TAPE. I am going to try to do my Imax's on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I can't wait!!!

I'm in too!

Here's how I plan to start my week:

Mon- PUB
Tue- PLB
Wed- Cardio
Thu- PUB
Fri- Cardio or Rest/Yoga
Sat- MIS, ME or PH (most likely MIS for the first few of weeks)
Sun- Cardio,abs (probably the abwork from Cardio & Weights)

The next week I'll just flip the upper/lower days. I think what I may do on Mondays is some a.m. cardio, then in the evening do the weights. This is where the kickbox video comes in. It's only 30 minutes or so. I won't do the legwork/toning at the end. I may test this because most Fridays I'm ready for a break and this has always been a good choice for resting.

I don't think I'll take a full cheat day. I will do one meal. I love pasta and before on my cheat days I would eat as much as I wanted but it usually turned out that one HUGE meal of pasta was enough to satisfy my craving. I am such a pastaholic! :) But I've been without any pasta (mainly noodles of all types) for a week! :7

If we're going to check-in at VF Fanatics would someone post a link herer? I can't get it to come up and I thought I had it saved under Favorites but it's not there. :-(

Please count me in! Let me know where you all are checking in. I plan to start on Sunday instead of Monday.

Here is my workout plan:
Sun: PUB
Mon: Imax or 20 minute BFL cardio on treadmill
Tues: PLB
Wed: Imax 2 or 20 minute BFL cardio on treadmill
Thur: PUB or Total Body Weight Tape
Fri: Rest or 20 minute BFL cardio on treadmill
Sat: Rest

My focus is going to be on eating well and if I need to take a cheat meal then I will but limit it to only once a week. Also I want to focus on making the most out of my workouts.

I'm so glad you all are doing the check in. It is really motivating for me to get back on track. Thanks!! :p :p :p

I have a question: Sometimes instead of always doing IMAX's, do you think we could do like PowerMax, or StepWorks, just make it as hard of a cardio as you can?? I would like to do all different kinds of cardio, and mix it up. I have a training guide Muscle Media put out a few years ago, and it does say if you do regular aerobics, to do it for 30-45 mins. I LOVE the CTX cardio's too, plus they are very intense, they would also work great for this. I do have a treadmill also. I would like to do a little of everything.

I plan to do other types of cardio also. I have Step & Intervals and Power Circuit of the CTX series and will use these when I am bored with the stepper. During PC I will not use the weights for the legs circuits. Oh yes, and of course the kickboxing and jumprope videos I have. I plan to mix it up too just for variety. I have a hard time staying with a plan beyond 5 weeks.

Hopefully we can check in here but video fitness fanatics was mentioned too. Which would be fine with me as well but I would need a link - I can't seem to pull that up on my own. :-(

I thought about starting Sunday too but I wanted to get in some good cardio this weekend before beginning - last night it was all of Power Circuit and today I'll do all of Step & Intervals. Tomorrow will be Rhythmic Step or IMAX 2.

Hi guys! I hope that I can join in here with you! I would really like to start seriously tomorrow with everyone! My husband and I like to do it together - it sure makes it easier! We are planning on trying to have another baby this summer so I think that it would be good to get down to "my ideal body" before I get pregnant.
I just did the Blast Mania from Imax 2 this morning. It is a really good substitute for the HIT 20 minutes of cardio. It is a little bit longer but it is the same principle. Where is everyone going to check in? This is so exciting to have such a big support team!!! We can all do this!!! :7 Yippee!!
