And if so how is it going and does it feel like effective cardio.?
I think it would be good if I got an extra leg workout in and since I do not do legs till Saturday I thought about doing plyo legs tommorow
But I wanted to get an opiion from those who have tried it.
I thought it might help my endurance and stamina too.
