Hi there. I did it a couple days ago - not knowing when I started that the whole thing is 2 hours long (!)
I finished 75 minutes in the a.m. before I had to go to work, and did most of the rest in the evening. (I got fed- up by the middle of the core section).
I'm mixed about it. She certainly tries to exhaust you, and also your muscles. But I felt more exausted just by the general activity than by the "strength" work. (Strength in parentheses because its high rep, low weight movements are more likely to boost endurance than strength or muscle mass.) some of the exercises are good, some are losers, imo. For example, you put your foot through one end of a tube and kick it behind you, near your butt, pull the other end of the tube across your shoulder (while standing). and then start doing hamstring curls. I felt nothing. Also, there were some standing core work movements, such as holding weights as if you were going to do a push press, but bending sideways and down, and then back up towards center. Theoretically, these might work your trunk, but they didn't do much for me.
Finally, FYI - I used 2 or 3 times the weight for most exercises she did, esp. in the beginning. After an hour I was getting tired and lightened up. Not sure how effective that is, and that's one of the reasons I'm on the fence.
