I'm starting it tonight! I have most of the DVDs but I'll have to substitute some. This is the exact rotation I was looking for. I've been thinking about joining a gym/getting a personal trainer but after a lot of thought...you just can't beat Cathe. We have a gold mine here, don't we?
Hey, Gail, I'm giving it a whirl. I started yesterday, since I'm scheduled to give blood this afternoon and have to take a rest day. I'll be on track with tomarrow's workout.
Good to have company on this rotation. This set-up is exactly what works best for my body. At my leanest, I've had my rotations set up like this one to a T!!!
And...yes....GOLD MINE!
Do you guys want to do a check in? Doesn't matter to me. Thought I'd ask!
I'm planning on doing it but I'm not going to start till mid June as I'm doing a half marathon June 17th. I would join a check in if you don't mind me joining in late. I'm leaving on a businesstrip mid July so thought this was a great rotation to do during the 4 weeks between my race and my trip. First of all because I haven't been doing much weight training lately and second it's good to have a post race plan or I get really lazy. LOL
Well, I was...but I have this awful bruise/hematoma from giving blood last Thurs. evening. The poor little "vampire" was wiggling the needle around to get the show rolling and it turned out it was a kink in the linex( She apoligized and warned me I'd have a big bruise...but this is pretty nasty. I think the needle wiggling and then packing (and then unpacking) for a camping trip aggravated everything. So my arm looks awful, my family has ordered me to NOT WORKOUT, but I fixed supper and cleaned up...not giving up on this rotation though. It's well set up
