I make my own total UB workout with the two RWH upper body workouts by doing two sets of each with the finishers. I tried it first with the premixes, but Cathe starts with the 2nd set. Eliminating the first set eliminates all the instruction and set up. So now I do it from Chapters. I just do the first two sets, skip the third set, and do the finisher. I absolutely love this as a total UB workout. I soooo love total UB workouts and was disappointed that no total body workout was offered. If you look at 4 DS, they took all the upper body from the different discs and put them together into a total UB premix, which is one of the best ever. That was what I was hoping for.
