Any thoughts on an intermediate rotation?

I'm trying to get back into a regular exercise regimen after being somewhat inconsistent lately. I checked out Cathe's beginner rotation, and I may try it, but I think I'll need more variety and I can probably kick it up a slight notch from beginner.

I'm not real big on straight cardio (though I realize it's importance), but I lean more toward weights and circuits. I have probably all of Cathe's circuit workouts, including Cardio & Weights, Bootcamp, all the high step circuits, Power Hour (& company on the same DVD), Circuit Max & Cardio Kicks, Muscle Max, Muscle Endurance, Timesaver, Supersets & Push/Pull. I don't really have the straight step cardio as it's not my favorite form of exercise. I can always substitute some other form of cardio for straight step (I do have the two beginner step workouts, however).

Any thoughts on an intermediate rotation to get me back in shape and help me lose a few? (I need to tweak the diet a bit, too, I know, I know).

Since you love circuit (ME TOO!) Use all your circuits and create an every other day rotation... Then pick a body part or 2 that you want to really work (mine are legs ) and throw an day of that in..
Sample:

Day 1: Circuit
Day 2: 30-45 minute cardio/step/kick/walk/jog/spin
Day 3: Circuit
Day 4: Lower Floor + Abs
Day 5: 30-45 minute cardio/step/kick/walk/jog/spin
Day 6: Circuit
Day 7: REST or Yoga/Stretch etc....

This rotation always gets me lean and mean and ready for some heavy duty weight cycles later...
