OK, I've asked my questions, gathered my facts, and ordered and received my DVDs. Now I am ready to go....except, I don't have a rotation?
Can anyone recommend a rotation for me that uses Low Max, Muscle Max, Core Max, and Stretch Max?
Here's some info:
--35 years old
--Advanced Firmie
--5' 2"
--124 lbs (would like to see 115-120 lbs again, but don't care about my weight, but def looking to burn off more fat--say about 5-10 lbs of fat, and I want to lose the 3-5" of excess fat around my abs and the 2-3" of fat around my thighs)
--I'm a meso and never had any weight issues througout life
--on a scale of 1-10, I would say I am up to a 5 in terms of how sculpted I already look
--I like to have 2 complete, non-consecutive rest days (but don't mind doing core work and stretching on rest days)
--I prefer to start out Muscle Max with the upper only and lower only premixes, and work my way up to doing the entire workout. ...
--I like to workout/sweat for 45 min tops, and then can add on an extra 30 minutes on top of that for core and stretching.
--I'm interested in all the Low Max premixes, and know it will take me at least a couple of weeks to make it through the entire regular Low Max workout
--I eat 75%-90% clean each day, and pig out about once every 2 weeks
I hope this is not too much of a tall order. So if I'm being too specific, than I'd love any kinds of general suggestions, and then I can tweak to my specifics from there. I really value the expertise I have noticed on this site!
