Any other frustrated customers out there?

Hi, I am very excited to receive my dvd's and can't believe how much money I saved preordering. I too feel like Christmas is on the way and can't wait! Woohoo! four new workouts. What could be better than that? :7
 
Just wanted to post kudos and thanks to Nancy at SNM who very graciously helped me work through the problem with my order. The new DVDs should be on their way to me soon! She is the best!
 
I, too, pre-ordered the first day of the sale (09/16/05). I have not received a confirmation either. I was concerned because I pre-ordered that day and also ordered some other items in stock (to take advantage of the shipping) and was afraid my order got lost because of that. I e-mailed customer service yesterday, but I guess I won't hear anything right away. Hopefully they are right and maybe my e-mail system filtered it out. Although I'm disappointed we haven't gotten any notification yet, I'm a little relieved that it's just not me that this is happening to. I was getting very jealous reading about everyone getting their confirmations on Thursday and Friday!!!

We'll just have to be a little more patient I guess!!!:) I'm just so anxious to get them!
 
Well -- after just posting this, I read further and it told me how to check the shipping status if the order has actually been shipped. I did this by my telephone number and my order is scheduled to be delivered November 1st! I'm so relieved. I was just scared that because I ordered other items that were in stock the same time that I pre-ordered that maybe my pre-order was lost (it's been a while -- I had a computer crash a while back and lost the copy of my invoice that was stored on my computer, so I didn't have backup!). Anyhow, I have always gotten a QuantumView notification in the past, but after the crash I updated my computer with a better antivirus, so I guess it filtered it out after all. I can now get to planning on how to use the new workouts just like everybody else!!!
 
i also order in sept. and waiting for my email, and what i thought would be some kickboxing now i hear the dvd freezes,:-(

You have every right to express your frustration. Our feelings are our own, no need to feel ashamed.

It does actually sound like there was a problem with your order, and if you hadn't acted on the red-flag event of seeing higher-number orders going out ahead of yours, then you wouldn't have known that.

I'm eagerly awaiting mine. I preordered very late in the game, and know i'm at the end of the list, and so I don't have any angst over when I placed it in relation to when I get it.
