Any help appreciated!

So I want to start a Cathe rotation with DVD's I have. I just don't know where to start! So I only have a few, mostly her sculpting ones, but I do plan on getting some of her cardio workouts once I get my tax returns! So if you have any suggestions for some of her cardio workouts, I would really appreciate it! Just and fyi, I don't have a step so I prefer floor aerobics.

The workouts I have are:
Travel Fit
Core Max
Muscle max
Bootcamp
Total Muscle Sculpting
Push Pull
Supersets
Total Body Stretching.

Most of these are digital downloads. Thanks in advance for suggestions!
 
With step being left out, these are my favorite Cathe cardio workouts

Cardio Kicks
Kick Punch and Crunch
Kick Max
MMA Boxing
Shock Cardio Hiit

I second Cardio Kicks and KPC but would also add Afterburn and Cardio Supersets to my list of favorite non-step cardio.

As far as a rotation with the DVDs you have, you could always do something where you do total body workouts 3 days a week with cardio in between. Such as:

M Push/Pull
T Cardio (say your new KPC)
W Supersets
Th Cardio
F Muscle Max
Sa Cardio (or Total Body Stretching if you need a lighter day)
 
Hello. I would recommend getting:
Cardio Core Circuit (cardio)
Cardio Super Sets (cardio)
Afterburn (cardio)
Tody Body Trisets (toning)
Butts & Gutts (toning)

Add some of these to your collection so you could alternate workouts do your body does not get use to them.
