Can't believe July's over!!!:(

Happy August everyone!

I did Kick Max 2day (skipped the leg drills) and added B&G Abs in the end.... those hip flexors were on fire by the end!

2morrow Ill be doing BM2 Double Upper Body premix and I'm thinking of implementing the 60% 1RM for all exercises... let's see how it goes.

Time certaily goes by fast.Happy August.Tonight I will co Cardio Fushion.I will be away at the lake this weekend so I may not get to post.Talk to you all next week.
