Hey guys-

Drill max today. I thought I was kind of dogging it, but realized that my shirt was soaking with sweat. I must've worked out harder than I thought.

I figure I'll do a week of endurance type lifting, or some circuit workouts before my gym style workouts get here. I also ordered cardio hits - three step workouts. I'm excited for those as well.

The cardio hits DVD is fun - fairly intense but not complex.Do you have Cicuit Max.That used to be my favourite.I kind of over did it.You will love Gym Stle Chest & Triceps.72 push ups on your toes.Today I am doing yoga / stretch

Hey guys - Ben...I think you will love the cardio hits. Cathe's cardio is without a doubt the best out there.
Well...it's been a slow and heavy week. I did back and chest today and I'm looking forward to some cardio tomorrow. Oh (ben...don't cringe :)) Tony Horton's One on One came in the mail today - plyo legs - I'll report back when I get to it.

Hi all...

Thursday morning here but I'm checking in for Wednesday, too...

Did PS Back & Biceps (bringing all sets to 3 when they were 1 or two) Doms in my bis!!!
I have noticed one thing, though... when I lift heavy for back (bent over BB or DB rows, I feel my shoulders getting a fair workout as well, especially the front of the shoulder... have any of you noticed that?...

I'll check in Thursday to let you know what I did this morning.... :+ :+ :+
