Hi all!!!

Ok... there must be something wrong with my brain.....

I overlooked 2day's heat wave and did:

C&W Step only premix + CTX All Step (cardio only) + SB Segment #1 + SJP Abs...
:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

And... I survived!!! Drank 2 Powerades afterwards, though!!!

Now I feel like I am slacking off - swam a few laps, did a whole bunch of pushups, and I'll be taking a yoga class later on tonight.

Today is bootcamp.I couldn't check in over the weekend.I was at the cottage.I kept very active swimming ,hiking etc...

Hey guys-

No workout today, but I thought I better let you know the George Michael concert was great. Who knew a whole stadium would know all the words to "Everything She Wants"? A good time was had by all.

After fully recommitting to Cathe, I am going to order the gym style series tonight. I was going to do that back in Jan, or Feb, but I thought that STS might be done sooner than it is. So that's the plan as of now.

Cool!! I heard from friends who saw him here last year (I think) that his show is amazing! And all those songs (even from the Wham! era)!!! My personal favorites are "Father Figure", "I knew you were waiting" and, of course "Strangest Thing".

Once you get the Gym Styles, check out FitnessFreak's rotations, especially the ones where Debbie combines GS and S&H or PS. It's the fourth rotation I'm doing right now and my upper body has built up a lot of mass (mainly shoulders where I had a little problem developing).

GS is a great investment, just make sure you have a backup of dyna bands!!! :D :D :D
