OMG!!!!!!

2day's workout called for Hardcore Extreme Hi/Lo Intervals Premix. I don't have it so I used Low Max, Imax 3 and Kick Max DVDs. Thank God for the few minutes it took me to change from one DVD to the next!!!! Otherwise I would have collapsed!!! :+ :+ :+ :+
The change from the 8-inch to the 6-inch step (between Low Max and Imax 3) was kind of fun!

It's 7:50 pm and my quads still feel exhausted! I worked out around 3 pm and luckily a cool breeze was coming through the window.... but I only had 1lt. of cold water with me so now I am parched!!!!

C U 2morrow - a shoulders + abs day!!!!

I like the photo ! Today is stretch day.I did alot over the weekend & last night I did a new step tape- High intesity step mix 2 by tracey staehle.I had to re wind so much I think I over did it.It had some good intervals but her cueing needs work.
