any CKSales preorders arrived?

I just ORDERED the Advanced DVD yesterday from CK Sales! I waited this long because I thought you needed the High Step which I don't have. I was getting mighty jealous reading other posts on how good the Advanced is. But a couple of days ago I finally caved and asked the divine Ms. Cathe herself and she told me I could use my regular Reebok step.
CK Sales charged me $31.95 plus tax/shipping=$42.69. Which leads me to the question -- how much was the CK Sales preorder price?
Oh, and one more question. Do you guys have the High Step and if so, where did you get it and, if you wouldn't mind telling me, how much was the total bill (including shipping/import duties, etc.)?

I'm down the road a ways in the Niagara region, I'm on a hobby farm in between Wellandport and Dunnville. I havn't received my DVD's yet , but the mail car hasn't been by today so I still have hope. I went to the CK Sales web site this morning and they said all pre orders were shipped by May 31. I'm so excited I'm going to go check the mail box now, let you know if mine arrive.

My husband ordered my high step from Cathe, CK Sales tried to get them for us but could not. There was a 20 dollar customs charge when it arrived, thats what made it a little more expensive. My husband ordered the top only, it was a wonderfull Christmas present. Bri

I just ordered the dvd yesterday.I left well enough alone this time.Normally I pre order everything but then I find myself spending most of my time at the computer wondering when the workouts will be released.I also ordered it express postage so I am expecting it tomorrow!

Hi Everyone! I'm practising patience here in Kingston Ontario. I'm hopeful everytime I come home that they'll be in the door but.....not yet. I'm extra excited because even though I have all of her tapes except the Wedding Video and the stuff before Step Heat this is my first DVD!:7
I don't have a high step and will do the workouts on the narrow end and see how that goes before I decided if I'd get one. Too bad CK Sales couldn't get them and save us some duty but they tried. I haven't seen them for sale anywhere around here.
I know we'll all soon have them and it'll be worth the wait but enough with the waiting already!!!!! x(

How's the weather in Newfoundland today? I heard on the Weather Network that the Northern Peninsula got, gasp, SNOW!
I hope you're not on the Northern Peninsula!
By the way, my Mother is a Newfie. She lives in Ontario now, since her teens. She was raised on the small island which you probably haven't heard of: Petites? Unfortunately, the island was closed a couple of years ago (they removed the hydro/electicity) because there were only a few people living there.
Glad to hear you received your DVD. We all know what you'll be doing this weekend! Have a good one (without snow).

I have the step circuit on , watching as I fold the laundry. I hope you all get yours today too. My six year old son said , Mommy when you collect them all you get to see Cathe. I had to laugh, maybe one day because I would just love that

Ack! No sign of my DVD's! I was really expecting to get them before now, I preordered about 2 minutes after the announcement went out!!
I should have paid for express...oh well. The thing that's wierd too is the tracking number I got from CKSales doesn't work at the canada Post site.
Bri, that's funny, I always preview while folding laundry! And-I think there is a Cathe road trip in the works for sometime in the next year or so. I am definitely going! We have to make a strong canadian showing!
On the topic of the high step: I ordered it from Cathe's site, and it was pricey with the duty. But it is really handy, I use it alot. I only ordered the top, and use it with the 4 risers I already had with my long step. If I want to go higher than 12 inches (NOT!!!) I can sit the whole thing on top of the high step.

Got mine Friday afternoon and was so tempted to just do it but I had to see clients within 90 minutes and knew it couldn't be:-(
I previewed it and did the cardio only this morning as part of a mish-mosh and will do the whole workout tomorrow. I love upper body work and it looks like there's some really challenging tricep work included...can't wait
