Another STS Question

Will these workouts on dvd be sold separately? Also, will you be offering an eating plan to purchase separately? Do you have any idea what the prices will be, or when that announcement will happen? I really like your picture on the blog...the PS Series is my favorite backdrop with all the buildings...even tho the new 4-Day Split comes in a very very close second. TIA Peggy

Yes, the DVDs will be sold separately. The Workout Manager will come with an optional meal planning software that will help you select healthy foods. The software will keep track of your calories consumed, but more importantly will teach you how to improve your food selection with a very unique interface. You can also easily share your recipes and meal selections with other Catheites. This part of our software was developed for us by another company that we have to pay a license fee for and thus will not be free. As for prices and presale information we will let everyone know the details at another time.

That's great.... just as a sugestion you guys should include vegetarian options

The meal planning software does come with vegitarian selections. You can also enter your own selections if the software does not have your choice.

I JUST ordered a comparable meal planning software program that was rather expensive and am thinking of cancelling that order because of this announcement. My question is which company is the new software coming from? If the same as what I have ordered I will just keep it. If different I would like to compare them now before I cancel. If you need to only PM me with the info I would very much appreciate it.

"This time around the STS workouts will focus just on strength training and core work, but in the future we will offer STS cardio workouts. When Cathe makes cardio workouts in the future under her STS brand they will all have a few things in common. First, all of the workouts in the STS series will follow a principle we call “Synergy”. This simply means that the workouts will always be designed to work together. These will not just be “individual” workouts, but part of an overall system. Second, like the strength workouts, all of the cardio workouts will change in type and intensity over time by use of special premixes. This way we can gradually and safely improve your cardio fitness while also making sure you have enough variety to prevent overuse injuries and boredom. Lastly, all of the cardio workouts will come with a schedule to follow over a period of time, called a “macrocycle”, just like the STS strength workouts. We will offer macrocyles for different interest as well as different lengths of time, i.e., we will offer macrocyles that combine strength training, cardio and flexibility as well as other macrocyles that work these categories separately."

Will there be a steady round of DVDs to follow this series? For example, when one has gotten through the 3-6 months of training with the Strength portion, will there be the next stage or set of DVDs ready?
