For those of you doing the squat rack option who don't have a squat rack, if you use the weighted vest (10 pounds) will you include that 10 pounds in the weight your supposed to be using or will that be in addition to what the workout card says.

I'm so worried that I'm doing this wrong or have done the 1 RM tests wrong. I really want to be ready for summer, especially my legs. I know that eating is going to be the major factor though.
 
I think it would have to be included otherwise you would be lifting an additional 10 pounds over what the card said.
 
You should include that 10 pounds in your total weight. Just like you include your barbell (when using one) in the total weight ;)
