Hello again!! I was just wondering, for those of you who do low carb, do you do something in the lines of Atkins (low carb, high fat) or do you do a version where you are doing low carbs, lower fat? I have been following the Atkins version (though I do eat more carbs in a day)but wondering if switching to a lower fat leaner meat type of low carbing might be more beneficial?!?! I would love to hear what you think.
