When I watched it the clip, I thought I needed to see more. It was really flashy and I could not really see how her form is or the exercises that she is doing long enough.

I would really like to know the price.

Agreed! I really want to know the price on these. I've already ordered STS, but have pretty much resigned myself to knowing I will buy this one too. I have to give Chalene props for getting me started with at home workouts, but in all fairness, it is Cathe and these boards who has kept me working out at home harder and better than ever before.

If it's anything fitness related I can justify just about any expense.

oh, man, you mean the Bow Flex blocks are even more than the Power Blocks?!!! More than 300 bucks!!! Wow....

I sure want these kinds of weights....either brand, I don't care. I'd love to throw all my individual dumbbells in the trash.
