If anyone is interested in a very detailed, up to date compendium, here's one that I have been using.  It has each workout listed with a time breakdown as well as weight worksheets. Premixes are also listed, as well as calories burned based on the data from Workout Manager.
I had to send it in two parts because the Word document is so large.
