just trying out some hiit on treadmill--not sure if this is correct--
after warming up--- 2 min-- walk/jog fast as i can, recover for 1 minute--- keep doing this for 20 minute-- then cool down.
i always have done steady state walking--- now trying to "jog"- is hurting my ankle-- any suggestions?
i like the concept of less time on the tm--- but don't want to deal with ankle issues.
