an "I am not worthy" mish mosh

I have yet to try an Ajock mish mosh, but I down load them all for the future, when I am that fit}(

today I did
HSTA w/u and legs+cardio premix
MM legs only premix (skipped w/u and c/d)
Low Max blast only premix

I loved this one and it made me sweat and it was not murder on my knees. My modifications were plyo jacks instead of the power lunges (interval 4 of HSTA, I think) and I did a set of dead lifts instead of the hover squats at the end of HSTA to get some ham string work in.

Are your legs fried? Looks like a good mix, Maggie.
How did you incorporate this in your rotation? Did you use this as your Leg Day? Or Cardio?

It was supposed to be a leg day, but I wanted some extra cardio because I am trying to lose the last stubborn 7 lbs:p. So it was a little of both.

Maggie, anything that doesn't kill my knees is worth doing for me. Thanks. I wrote this down, along with mogambo's recent mish mosh, so I could try it. There should be a thread of new mish moshes... just a though.

I have not been able to post for a few days, so I was surprised to see this still here.

Just wanted to add that I was very sore the next day, but that always makes me happy}(
