There are a variety of approaches to causing muscles to adapt, grow and become stronger. One you may not be familiar with is called contrast training. Contrast training is a training style you can use to build muscle power while simultaneously increasing strength and giving your muscles the stimulus they need to grow.

Since this training modality activates more motor units than traditional resistance training, it’s a good technique for building lean muscle mass and sending your metabolism into overdrive. Who doesn’t want that? Plus, it’s a way to challenge your muscles differently and maximize their ability to grow.
 
By the way, the set looks awesome...I love the dusk scene, just like the loved Philly in Xtrain. :)

Amanda has 3 kids!?!? Holy crap, I have some serious work to do on my abs? Really digging the set too! I like a night time scene. There's something kind of intimate about it. "Just us Cathletes working out together"
