Today I was supposed to do MIS but it doesn't peak my interest. I thought about it and did LIC Total Body Sculpt.
Then I got to thinking does a person have to lift weights in that type of forum? I like circuit type workouts much more. Then I got to thinking some more because I would like to acquire more of Cathe's dvds.(the bodyblast series and the hardcore series) should I stick to what I like and purchase one by one or should I get the bundle?
I guess what has my curiosity peaked is is there any type of workout you just don't like but feel like your betraying your fav instructor for not liking everything they do?
