I LOVE LIS and I think I'll learn to love HIS (when I'm not standing by my step with my jaw hanging open), but I do have an issue with both of these and I'm wondering if I'm the only one. When we're putting all the combos together I do not like the little seperators that are put in there now - in HIS it's the box knees. I would much rather do the complete combos 2 or 3 three times then have single run through with those seperators. To me it really detracts from the workout - I love the flow of the completed combos and doing them all together.
