am I doing this right???????

Cathe, in the chest portion of the4DS sreies, when I'm doing the chest flies (I'm using 20lbs!!), I feel that when I'm pulling my arms in that most of the effort is in my elbows. First of all, does that make sense, and second, am I doing the move right? There is no pain during or after. Thanks, Kay
 
If you feel your form is slipping and you are pulling with your "elbows" your wieght is to heavy. Don't be discouraged if your weight is lower than hers, the point and key is form! Get for the form down before you use weights that are to heavy. I have been working out with Cathe for over 7 years and I still can't pull 20lbs in the chest flies becaust I know past 15lbs my form suffers. If you effort is from your elbows you need to lower your weight.
