Jennifer, how did writing your paper go? Were you able to take that road trip you mentioned? I hope you enjoyed your rest day!
Iris, how did you like "The Invisible War"? Lately I have been attempting Cathe's step workouts on an 8 inch step (only the ones where she also uses an 8 inch step) just to add a bit more of a challenge (as if her workouts aren't challenging enough, LOL) Really I want the challenge for my legs, since I'm doing a leg blast rotation. It's funny, I didn't like KenpoX at all when I tried P90X, but back then I didn't like Kickboxing at all. It wasn't until I tried Cathe's KPC for the first time that I LOVED KB!! Now, KB is one of my favorite workouts! Sounds like your daughter has been really busy with sports! Maybe after Volleyball is over you can see how her energy level is, or if she gets some color back. How is she feeling this weekend? Enjoy your rest day today!

Today is my rest day! I'm a little messed up right now because of the time change, my body still wishes I was still in bed, ha!
