I am doing the 6 month rotation, so I won't be done for awhile, but when I'm finished with STS, I plan on going back and doing some of Cathe's other stength DVDs (particularly Pyramid Upper Body and Slow & Heavy) to see if I can lifter heavier than I could before STS.
I also plan on going back to a few of meso 1's workouts to see if the pushups are any easier!!!
