<--is up earrrly again
<--slept extremely well last night (quite a rarity for <--)
<--has had terrible sleep problems for years
<--took valerian and melatonin last night and slept like a baby and had no problems falling asleep
<--feels very refreshed and woke up half an hour before alarm :7
<--does agree with liann and company BUT does not mind the vick posts because it is an important issue to <-- and it keeps people remembering about how awful dogfighting is (<--does see everyone's point about being so many)
<--has rescued "bait" dogs and it is not pretty...so, so sad :(
<--is surprised at how many posts there have been about the d...ick and glad people are so outraged
<--would like the OAL to notice that <--has not started any since the very bad thread that <--got completely flamed on }(
<--thinks that maybe some posters find it easier to share personal information with people on the forum because it allows for anonymity (?)
<--just a thought
<--has MIS on tap for this morning
<--LOVES that w/o! :D
<--is VERY excited because <--was able to use a DVD recorder at work and put MIS on DVD as <--only had it on VHS
<--will record MIC,Step Heat, Step Fit, Step Max, Step Jam, and Mega Step Blast next week
<--is very excited that <--'s VHS tapes will be on DVD :D
<--is more excited that <--didn't have to buy them again :D :D :D
<--hopes everyone has a WONDERFUL fried-day
