so, i noticed that this past week when i ran i had what i thought was asthma except it would start when i was running then continue until well into the afternoon. i didn't think much of it because it was when i was doing cardio but it happened this morning when i was doing MIS and, again, i was unable to get a good breath well into the afternoon. so, i went to see my internist who is also a friend. he diagnosed me with exercise induced bronchospasm and gave me an inhaler i am supposed to use before i exercise. it's not bad enough that i can't breathe, i just have to take REALLY deep breaths to feel like i got a good one. maybe feels a bit like a heaviness in my chest. hopefully, this will help. i told scott (my doc) that i simply CAN NOT have anything affect my ability to work out! hopefully, the inhaler will help.
