All "Road Trippers" please respond! Hotel info needed!

(Hotel info needed!)

Hi everyone~I know you are all waiting for the details for the hotels. We are still running into a few problems but are working hard on working them out. I have (with Cathe's help)found a hotel for $67+tax/night with either a king bed or two doubles. The problem is that they have 60 rooms for Friday night but only 30-35 rooms for Saturday nite. There is a hotel right next door (walking distance) that has 15 rooms so we could possibly use both hotels. What I need you to do is E-mail me personally by clicking on my E-mail icon and let me know what your plans are. At this point I don't know who all is staying both nites at the hotels, how many are doubling or triple-ing up??? Can you E-mail me ASAP so we can wrap this up? The gentleman at the first hotel is holding the rooms for us and is willing to try to help with the second hotel should we need that also. Sooo, quick, quick, quick!!! Thanks again for your patience everyone!!! (PS...be sure to include who all will be in YOUR room & how many nites. Subject title your E-mail "Hotel Info".)

Just a quickie since it's soo late. Just wanted to let you know this is just for a head count and also to see if people are willing to share rooms and also how many nites you need rooms. We are trying to get everyone together in one hotel or possibly two next to each other so we need all this info before we can block the rooms. It will be up to each person to then reserve their room. It's the only way we can do it without charging EVERY room on our personal credit cards. (I wish I could!) Also, this way we can see who would like a roommie and we can help match two or three together to save on the cost if that is your choice. Sorry if I mislead you. We are hearing back from the hotels Tuesday and hope to post the info as soon as possible. I know it's taking forever and we want our rooms NOW!!! Not much longer. Hang in there! Talk to you soon!
