All Out Low Impact HIIT+Core 1 Review

UPDATE from All Out + 100RC Barbell Thrusts:
I'm having problems sitting on the toilet today :eek:. I think this was an excellent combo in working the LB to exhaustion. I went tobogganing with my daughter today and was having a difficult time getting up the hills. What was I thinking??? :eek::D

Oh I forget, yes the running man on the step is repeated, but that moves just totally rocks! I felt my butt & legs burn like they were on fire! Glad you liked the workout too :D.

Hello and Happy New Year,

This morning I did these workouts and enjoyed both immensely. Am super excited about this whole series. Was wondering if anyone else has noticed issues with volume leveling? When playing the DVD audio option with music, the music volume level constantly fluctuates. It may just be something to get used to, but I ended up selecting the other audio option and played my own music. Just wanted other peoples' feedback regarding.

did this today - I didn't have audio problems - I can't get to the premixes - my disk freezes. And it's only for the premixes - everything else seems fine.

I also did Tabatacise to see if this would be easy to modify to no impact and I was very happy to report it is. I only did one set each but a couple sections I did two.

I LOVE XTRAIN so far!! This and the LIS series wonderful!!! Thank you Cathe!!!
 
Am really sorry to hear your disk is freezing for the premixs. Will you have it replaced?

I used a premix, the full with core, so it appears to be working for me. Good luck with your disk.

So glad to hear Tabata is easily modified :)

I did the rear delts section, too (from the Legs DVD) and then came back to Core and then did the 100 rep challenge--scarecrows. I was scared at first, but it wasn't bad at all. Of course using only 3 and 5 lbs to complete made it a lot easier, lol.

Agree wholeheartedly, love X Train! Cathe developed a great program, she (and her crew) did phenomenal job with this series. Thank you Cathe :)

I now have derrière DOMS, too, and I didn't even do the barbell thrusts! :)
