is there an advantage to doing the entire MM or ME workout (besides the feeling of accomplishment, of course ), as opposed to splitting it between upper and lower body? i work out at lunch at a gym (can't workout at home as i live on a third floor), so my time is limited. i just wonder if i am losing some of the possible effects by only doing upper or lower in one day....
any thoughts?
