This means, I will just download, encode and transfer onto flash drive to stick and play. Pretty efficient for anyone not in need any customizing process. Literally a pop and play process.

I am so happy the favourite scorpion is back.

This movement involve many part and muscles. Being able to execute this move is one the best self-investment to make in order to add it in the ability arsenal. So many muscles get simultaneously stretched. It feels great, a bliss!:);)

ETA: The range of motion get improved.

Stabilisation work is also very important. It does help seating steady on stability ball while pumping iron. Yes we can seat on the bench, we can kneel, we can stand, we can lay on the floor....We need some fun seating still and steady while feeling the burn. :D:D;)

I read somewhere someone does not like leg lifting while side-leaning on stability ball.....;):D

I did this one in a workout the other day. First side was OK but the second side my kneeling leg (which was just working) was cramping and I had to keep stopping. In future I will need to pause the workout and stretch before going to the other side.
I had that long time ago. Yes i needed to pause before working the other side.What helped me was building up my endurance. What could also help is more stretching and check if you have an imbalance on that side and fix it. One side is probably stiffer than the other. That is what both LMR and LMR2 are for. Those series are unique compared to Cathe's other offering.

The good thing is you did not wobble leaning on the ball:D:D. That for me personally would have made me work more!
 
Day#5 ---- Elevated Lower body



 
I did this one in a workout the other day. First side was OK but the second side my kneeling leg (which was just working) was cramping and I had to keep stopping. In future I will need to pause the workout and stretch before going to the other side.

That has happened to me in the past. One time, it turned out I was anemic (iron), and the other time it was low B (12 I think, but can't remember for sure). So, if you have any appointments coming up, you might want to have labs done. Both times, it ONLY affected me in THAT position, but it happened every single time. I hadn't even made the connection between what was causing it until I noticed it went away (after getting the nutritional deficiencies taken care of). I swear, I eat right (most of the time), but my body seems to have different stages it goes through (without letting me know in advance) that keep changing my dietary requirements. lol
