Aging in spite of it all, need answers

Wow 53 with 10 kids and doing Cathe. You are my heroine! All of you here are my heroines!
I haven't had as much time to post but I am so grateful for all of the advice and support given.
This age of Face Book -Linked In-Twitter-and various forums- how does one find time to check it all out? I try when I can.
At least the ice is off of the Lakes up here in Minnesota and the sun has been out all week.

whoa! "the ice is off the lakes"? BRRRRR!!! and i don't find time to check it all out, becuz i have dial-up, and grandkids, and horses, and just seem to be busy all the time.
ok, gals, i actually did the first plyo legs today and i LOVE it. i was actually able to do the jumps, even the tuck jumps. i was soooo pumped afterwards, it was a blast. now, all that said, i may not be able to walk tomorrow, LOL! but, it was fun.
