After the first week of Meso 2

I am feeling DOMS in places I never have before. The last workout last week (which I did on Saturday) was for biceps and back. For the first time EVER in my 4 years of lifting I have DOMS in my back . . . I have it in my biceps too, but I've experienced that before, although never with the same intensity that Cathe workouts seem to produce.

I did Disc 14 yesterday morning, and I could feel the DOMS last night as I crawled into bed. Bad sign!! :eek:

Yes! Meso 2 really felt different than Meso 1. After my first week I hurt everywhere! But loved that good hurt! :p
