advance level weigt training please?

I am waiting for new strength training videos that work just two or so body parts at a time for about an hour.
Like the slow and heavy series or the pure strenth series.
That way one can do gym style workouts on alternate days and work all muscles to exhaution by the end of the week.
 
I would like 2-3 videos that would incorporate the Super Slow method of training to completely fry every muscle once or twice per week.
;-)
 
I really like this idea! Good quality time 30-45 minutes per body part ~ maybe more for legs.
