Admit it people, rotations

Okay, who else has been reading the descriptions and working on potential rotations :D
I want to do them all at first to get a feel for them so it seems like a 2 week minimum to get them all in.
Geez, maybe it will be easier once I do them once to get a feel for the moves but I know I want muscle building for sure. The low-max and kickbox have me really excited and the heavy weights too. Gonna burn }(

Traci'

Hi Traci! I'll confess & say yes I'm guilty. Bad Kathy! I'm thinking of doing these as if I were doing P90X that would mean for 6 weeks doing the Gym Style DVDs & for cardio doing IMAX3 & Kick Max. Then my 7th week do an active recovery week using Muscle Max, Low Max, High Step Challenge. Happy rotating! Kathy:D

I'll join you KathyH as I was thinking along those lines.}( We need a slogan....I don't feel right saying "Bring It" LOL

Every time a new series comes out I tend to go through all of them first then decide how I will use them. When the last set came out I did everything on all three dvd's except the basic step portion, all in one day. You know, I left to go to the store afterwards and was so stiff and sore I had to groan crawling in and out of the car. I doubt I would be able to do that with Hard Core.:D. I don't think I could leave any on the shelf and just start with a few and stay there at first.
Diane Sue

Hi Diane Sue! I'll admit to doing that too! I used to do the DVDs back to back but what was I rushing for?:7 This time around I'm taking it much slower & will preview some not all of them first. I also have a habit of just winging it w/out previewing it first. Like I said Bad Kathy! LOL

Wanda!! Let's do this!! We'll have to put the yoga in the middle of our rotation & put Stretch Max at the end. We'll have to collaborate w/each other when time gets nearer to receiving these DVDs. Haven't come up with a catchy phase yet.

IMO these Gym Style DVDs are winners! Kathy:D

Wanda and Kathy -

I've never done actual, planned out rotations, but would love to join you! I ordered the P90X DVDs from someone on ebay last month hoping to do their rotations, but unfortunately, I received illegal copies and none of the 12 DVDs will play. **sigh** I'm still trying to get my money back.

Anyway, count me in!

Margaret

OH Margaret that is horrible. I hope you get your money back and that the seller is banned from E-bay. It is people like that, that make e-bay look bad.

I haven't come up with any rotations for this new series but hoping Cathe will have a good one. I am doing her November rotation and enjoying it.

Rhonda

hello ladies!
I want to join in this hardcore series!! I have never done a specific cathe rotation, so this will be my first official rotation. I do alot of cathe and firm workouts and running!!

Let me know when you guys get this thing going, ok??

Hey Margaret! I figured out a rotation using all 10 DVDs from Hardcore. Its exactly as Cathe had filmed them. After carefully looking them over its quite doable to do it this way. I felt after my previous post that I just was not going to be able to shelf some of the DVDs & wait to try them out at a later date. So this is going to be my rotation for the next 3-4 weeks:

Day 1: Muscle Max
Day 2: IMAX 3
Day 3: High Step Challenge
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Gym Style Chest/Triceps + one section from Core Max
Day 6: Low Max
Day 7: Gym Style Legs + one section from Core Max
Day 8: Gym Style Shoulders/Back/Biceps
Day 9: Kick Max
Day 10: Stretch Max + one section from Core Max
Day 11: OFF

I'm so very sorry that happened to you re P90X. I sure hope your able to get your money back.:(

Wanda: Does this look doable? Let me know. Kathy:D

Kathy, this sounds very doable to me. High five at you, it is a plan. But....We also have DVD #11 The Hardcore Extreme....}( }( LOL

Margaret, Holy Cow! That is awful about getting bootleg copies. Have you heard anything from e-bay? People tell me that I can see all my videos at e-bay, but your experience + other's has me scared. I'll stick with Amazon.

Kathy,

Looks good to me. Now when oh when are we going to get these. I didn't get the Extreme DVD. Figured these 10 would be good. I am also not big on compilation workouts.

Rhonda

Hi Wanda! I knew you were going to remind me of DVD #11}( Where oh where to place this one:7 If you come up w/something just let me know or maybe we should have Diane Sue (WD) come up w/something for us. She's the rotation QUEEN }(

Diane Sue are you out there? Help us out!! Kathy:D

I'm figuring on Feb. that we'll receive these.

I have been trying to figure out has to use them in my current rotation without leaving any from the Intensity Series and the Body Blast series out.:p

Kathy,
I have sort of a rotation in mind. It may change after I get started. This is how I would do it. I don't know the running time on these so it is hard to decide how to do it.
Mon. Gym Style Chest/Ticeps
I Max 3 all or just part of it then a portion of stretch Max
Tues.Kick Max + 1 section core Max
Wed. Gym Style Legs + Low Max all or part of it
Thurs. Gym Style Shoulders, Back,Biceps + 1 section core max
Fri. Kick Max + 1 section core max
Sat.High Step Challenge + stretch max
Sun. rest

the following week I would do the same format except on Saturday I would do Muscle Max
I would leave the Hardcore extreme till maybe week three after becoming familiar with the other workouts. Also I would want to see what options were on it.
Diane Sue

Kathy the rotation looks awesome! I'm excited about doing it. My credit card company has reversed the charge on the P90X DVDs, but PayPal may reverse the reversal. I'll have to wait and see. I should have looked closer at the sellers feedback. I may not have been so quick to use that credit card!

Have you wondered if the Hardcore series will somewhat mimic the P90X? I'm thinking it's a good market that Cathe may be tapping into. Just a thought.

Margaret

I am sorry to here about your bad experience with the power 90. I saw some on E bay myself and wondered when they said there was no original packaging and the books & stuff were not included. I would like to get this series myself eventually. I hope you get there money back and that you gave them bad feedback.
Diane Sue

Hi Margaret, Alot of us lobbied hard and heavy for Cathe to make a workout in the order of P90X (which has 12 DVDs: a separate core DVD, a stretch, kickbox, cardio and all that weight work). We wanted something real tough (get your game face on) type series. While this is Cathe's workout,(Cathe has step, the other doesn't) it is sort of like the "Bring it" workout. }(
