Okay, who else has been reading the descriptions and working on potential rotations
I want to do them all at first to get a feel for them so it seems like a 2 week minimum to get them all in.
Geez, maybe it will be easier once I do them once to get a feel for the moves but I know I want muscle building for sure. The low-max and kickbox have me really excited and the heavy weights too. Gonna burn }(
