Hi Diane Sue,
This probably is a wise idea to get the moves in our heads before tackling the Extreme DVD. This one is designed for super intesity and perhaps it would be best to know what one is doing before breaking ones neck or toe or something.I remember your accident a while back. I've been there before myself. It isn't a pretty picture is it? :-(
You and Kathy have some good ideas. I will follow what you two come up with. P90X concentrated more on muscle building. While it had Plyometric and a Cardio X and Kenpo, I desperatly missed my Cathe's cardio workouts on the step. It had Ab ripper X, but I missed Cathe's variety in ab work. I honestly feel my waist and abs suffered even though I did the workouts as written. My back got ripped though. DH was impressed and wanted to take pix. Somewhere there is a balance of the two concepts; the best of both so to speak.
