OK, I now have a 6-6.5 daily walk ahead of me because of the NYC Transit strike. So....I guess I should not do my usual 4-5 mile racewalk/jog on my treadmill? Even though my walk to work will be at a much slower speed and also filled with stops as I wait for traffic lights, etc? Yes, I know I'm obsessive about my cardio! It really stinks because this weekend was the first time that I got back onto my treadmill after being sick with a lousy cold for two weeks.
