? about Xpress Sequence

Is there a certain order the videos should be done in? I did Power Circuit today and realized if i do Leaner Legs tomorrow I will be working the leg muscles two days in a row. I have been doing the series in the order they appear with Xpress written across the boxes. I want to do them in order at least the first few times so see how my body responds. Help? I've done videos With weights for 4 years so I guess I'm considered advanced so do you think I should do ahead and do Leaner Legs tomorrow?
 
No, I don't think you should do LL the day after PC. I just got off a CTX rotation and I had it doing Mon. LL and Fri PC. I also teach a BodyPump class on Wed. nights. So, I actually got in 3 workouts for my legs. But I still had that rest day in between. Now, of course, I'm not Cathe. I'm just giving my 2cents. But I believe Cathe said something about not doing the 2 back to back somewhere around here. OK, I must go take my kids to school. Good Luck:)!

Thank you, Aimee. I was just going to work out and thought I should check for a reply before I mutilate my poor shaking leggin's again. I appreciate your response.
