This questions came up fairly recently. If you are between sizes choose the higher one. I'm an 8 1/2 to a 9 and my two pairs of size 9 Rykas fit perfectly. The 8 1/2s would be too cramped. I suggest you try what I tried...got to a local shoe store that sells ANY style of Ryka and try 'em on to get your size, then order the specific ones you want online.

Hi Mary,

I have the Rhythm II and the Enlight II and both are in my regular size 7.5. I tried the 8 first, but it was too big. I think it just depends on each individual foot. I couldn't find these styles in any stores, so I just orded them from Zappos. They have free shipping and free return shipping so I just ordered both sizes and sent back the one I didn't want. It was very easy.

I had to drive 45 miles from home to find a store that carried them-I have wide feet and was afraid to order without trying them on. My "street" shoes are usually 7.5. Most of my workout shoes are 8. I had to order an 8.5 in Ryka's.

holabirdsports.com is where I got my Rhythm IIs. $68.90 including shipping-it was the best price I could find online (a few weeks ago) and they arrived in about 4 days.
