? about July Rotation...

Hi everyone. I haven't posted in a long time, hope everyone is doing well. My questionis this...This rotation seems to have less cardio than I usually do....can it really promote fat loss for me?
 
Great question. I'm in the same situation and fear dropping cardio will slow my progress. I've heard SO MANY positive results with more weight training, though.
 
I think that trying the July rotation for four weeks will not ruin your progress. In fact I think you may be pleasantly surprised...your body may increase it's fat burning because you have varied your routine in a way it is not expecting. And by increasing weight work you may raise your overall metabolism. I have had great results with this rotation. Don't be afraid to vary your workouts!

I personally LOVE Cathe's July Rotation. I've noticed some great changes in my body. I think the weight lifting helps build the muscle which burns the fat. Have you done it for the full month or just started the rotation?

I've actually just done the first week so far, but I have enjoyed it. I modified a bit...using no weights (except for deadlifts) in LL, and adding an extra cardio day. I tend to bulk VERY easily in the legs. I am not sure what I will do this week as far as MIS and PH. When I did the TankTop Rotation last summer I got very bulky hitting the muscles 3x a week. I think I 'll just use lighter weight. thanks for you response!
