? about Bootcamp twice in a row

So do you doit back to back or just twice in one day ?. I'm feeling like trying it .I was thinking back to back but just wondering how you ladies pulled it off . Oh I would most likly eat in between LOL !!!
 
Back to back. I did the warm up, then all eight cycles, then all eight cycle again, then the stretch.:) It's honestly not that bad.
 
I did it a slightly different way than Shelley - I did the warm up, then segment 1, then skipped back and did segment 1 again, then segment 2, then segment 2 again, etc, all the way to the end (but only did the stretch once). It wasn't that bad at all - it's very doable, either way you choose to do it. I was a bit sore the next few days though! It's definitely a great way to challenge your body. :)
 
I did it twice yesterday (I am doing August's bootcamp rotation, and that's what it called for). I did it twice in a row, and just drank some water while doing it as needed. The second time isn't nearly as bad as the first, I promise you--the first time, all you keep saying to yourself is, "Oh, am I really going to be able to do this all over again?", and then once you start it again, the time really flies. I started to cheer in my basement at cycle 6, b/c I knew I was in the homestretch. I did the warmup once, then all 8 cycles, then all 8 cycles again, and then the cooldown/stretch. And I felt fine today to do what the rotation called for.

I did like Shelley did. Twice in a row, one warm up and one cool down. You feel kind of roughed up at the end but it is certainly doable. I wouldn't recommend doing that all the time. Maybe once in a while to juice things up a bit.
