I did it twice yesterday (I am doing August's bootcamp rotation, and that's what it called for). I did it twice in a row, and just drank some water while doing it as needed. The second time isn't nearly as bad as the first, I promise you--the first time, all you keep saying to yourself is, "Oh, am I really going to be able to do this all over again?", and then once you start it again, the time really flies. I started to cheer in my basement at cycle 6, b/c I knew I was in the homestretch. I did the warmup once, then all 8 cycles, then all 8 cycles again, and then the cooldown/stretch. And I felt fine today to do what the rotation called for.
