Hi! I just did MIS~Strength for the first time! Holey cow! I'm typing fast before I get too sore to ever move again! Unbelievably awesome workout! If I don't get results using that, I've got a problem!
Anyway, just a real quick question. When you say you have 35 pounds of weight, does that include the weight of the barbell? I mean, are you using 2~10pound plates plus a 15 pound barbell, or 2~ 17 1/2 pound plates and whatever the barbell weighs? I used 2~5 pound plates which with my 15 pound barbell put me at 25 pounds and I was dying! I just wanted to know how far I have to go before I'm even close to your strength!
Thanks again for the great videos!I have pushed myself to new levels of fitness and it's been fun! I know I still have a long way to go, but I'm amazed at how far I've come in a relatively short time period!
Oh! And Leaner Legs and Pure Strength ~ Strong Legs and Abs! Incredible! I will be an Amazon when I can complete them!
